Several of us are swimming at the Milpitas Sports Center on Tues.
nights at 6:45 PM. This is during the normal adult lap swim sessions.

information on fees, directions, etc...
MPS is a running club in the Fremont area. They hold
track workouts
during the school year at Logan HS in Union City. They ask for a
contribution to help pay for the lighting of the track.
NOTE: Rain Cancels all bike rides and
runs! Check the email list for details.

SP/OL - Sprint/olympic distace training. The mileage
and pace is geared for a beginning/intermediate athlete.
IMC - Ironman Canada training. Longer training distances at a faster pace.
NMHS-Newark Memorial High School
Niles Station - On Niles in the Niles District about a mile and a half before Niles
crosses Mission. It is in a large parking lot next to the green train.
Newark Java - In the Raley's Shopping Center on Newark Ave. (cross street Jarvis)
WLC - Don Edwards Wildlife Refuge on Marshlands Road off of Thorton near the
dumbarton. Meet in the gravel parking lot out side of the wild life center building
parking.
SC - Lake Elizabeth Senior Center Parking. Paseo Padre Parkway just past Stevenson when
heading towards San Jose.
Logan HS - Union City on Alverado Niles Rd.
